Town house, now offices. Mid C19. Stucco on masonry front; dry
Delabole slate hipped roof with projecting front eaves;
cast-iron ogee gutter. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; nearly
symmetrical 3-window range. Wider central 4-pane horned sash
above similar width ground-floor window with plate glass;
narrow 2/1-pane horned sashes above keyed round-arched
doorways, that on right in cavetto-moulded architrave;
brackets under sills; moulded string course set on consoles to
pilasters of wider left-hand doorway and central window.
INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of interest.
