Gates and gate piers. Early C18. Wrought-iron gates, ashlar gate piers.
Gate piers cruciform on plan, approximately 4 metres in height. Rusticated
piers with entablatures bearing fielded-panelled pilaster to each side with
plain base, and moulded cornice, surmounted by urns. Gates: plain bars and
dog bars with central horizontal spiral motif and central vertical spiral
motif above. Elaborate overthrow.
