Terrace of 4 houses. c.1820 and C20. Red brick. Slate roof.
Rendered coped gables. 4 ridge stacks, 2 being C20 and 2 C20
gable stacks. Broad moulded paired bracketed eaves. 2 storeys
plus basement and attic, 14 bays. Central carriage archway with
basket arch, to the right in the basement are 2 C20 3 light
casements with concrete lintels and to the left a single 3 light
casement with flush wedge lintel and on the far left a single 3
light C20 glazing bar casement under a flat head. Above, to the
right of the archway are 2 glazing bar sashes, a doorway 3 steps
up with ornate panelled door decorated with whorls and central
square panel with radiating spokes, fanlight with large female
head and glazing bars in St. Andrew's cross, moulded architrave
with ribbed keystone and square imposts decorated with circular
motif, further right are 2 glazing bar sashes and on the far
right a doorway with similar door, fanlight and surround, the
fanlight however lacks the face. To the left of the carriage
archway are 2 glazing bar sashes, a doorway with similar door and
fanlight with spokes, no face, and C20 brick architrave, further
left are 2 glazing bar sashes and on the far left a doorway with
similar door, fanlight and surround, the fanlight however lacks
the face. Above are 14 glazing bar sashes. All-sashes with flush
wedge lintels. In the attic are 5 dormers, the 2 to the left
with single 2 light glazing bar casements, that to the right with
single glazing bar Yorkshire sash, that further right with single
2 light glazing bar casement and that on the far right with
single pivotal glazing bar casement.
