9/99 The Rectory

GV II

Rectory. Late C18 with mid C19 additions. Painted brickwork; tiled roof
on cogged eaves course; facetted C19 end and ridge stacks. Two-storey
and dormer lit attic four-window front; the C18 composition symmetrical
of three windows; glazing bar sashes with segmental heads, 3 gabled
dormers over central entrance with part-glazed 6-panel door in moulded
surround; continuous mid C19 addition to right (ridge stack marks
end of C18 house) with single range of glazing bar sashes to greater room
heights and without attic.
