Cottage. Probably mid-late C17, altered C19 and extended C20. Coursed limestone rubble with front of brick in English bond, painted white, thatch roof, brick end stacks. 2-uhit plan. 1 storey and attic; 2-window range. Plank door slightly to right of centre with chamfered wood lintel. 3-light leaded casement windows to 'ground and 1st floors with wood lintels, that to 1st floor in eyebrow dormer and with some old glass. Rendered plinth. C20 single storey extension to rear.
INTERIOR: noted as having spine beams and ,open fireplace with bressumer.
