Two town houses. Late C16 or C17 with later alterations.
Timber-frame with plaster infill; tile roof with brick rear
stack; ground floor of left half, No.47, underbuilt in
whitewashed brick. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range. End
entrances with plank doors. Windows have 3-light small-paned
casements, with iron opening casements to 1st floor. No.47 has
moulded bressumer to formerly jettied 1st floor; square
framing.
