Warehouse, now offices. c.1860-70; altered. Red brick with
sandstone dressings, slate roof. Shallow U-plan. Venetian
Gothic style. Four storeys and basement, a 9-bay facade, the
left corner canted back, with pilasters and sill-bands to the
upper floors, and brick corbelled frieze; segmental-headed
doorway in corner, and pointed-segmental arcaded windows at
ground floor of left return wall, linked by impost bands, but
altered showroom windows in front wall; 3-light windows to the
upper floors, those at 1st and 2nd floors with cusped tracery
and those at 2nd floor segmental-headed, and those at 3rd
floor with pointed-arched lights. Hipped roof. Rear and
interior altered.
