House. Early C18. Rendered cob on lias plinth with brick gable and corrugated
metal roof. Originally 2-unit plan. Single-storey with attic. One-window range
with C19 casement. C20 door to right. Central brick stack. C19 bargeboards to
left gable. C19 one-unit, 2-storey extension to right. Interior not inspected
but noted as having ceiling beams and some original roof structure. Included as
an example of cob construction.
