C19 stuccoed front with band and capped parapet. No 40: C19 front; roughcast;
side wall to south is plastered. 4 windows: windows to No 38 sash (without
glazing bars) in reveals. No 40 has two 2 light casement windows in 2 tiers
with small gables over. Shop fronts on ground floor. Photograph in NMR.
