House. Dated F M with mid-C19 addition. Coursed, squared and dressed
1712 large stone blocks; clay tile roof with shaped coped
verges on shaped kneelers, capped by bases of former finials; coursed and
squared stone central stack. 2-room lobby entry plan originally, extended to
rear in mid-C19 to form an L-shape plan. 2 storeys and gable-lit attic with
first floor band stepped up over front door lintel; 3 windows; C20 casements
replacing mullioned windows except that to first floor centre which is small
and oval; central door with vertical panels and datestone above. 2-light
chamfered mullioned windows to East gable end. Interior: Exposed beams to
both front rooms, those to the East room have ovolo moulding.
