Outbuildings including wash-house. Circa 1840. Squared sandstone rubble with
quoins and ashlar dressings; stone-flagged roof. One-storey, 3-bay range
facing west onto yard behind Frosterley House. 2 boarded doors flank fixed
light with glazing bars, all with flat stone lintels. Central stone chimney
with string. Round-coped wall forms square enclosure in front of north end
of range.
