C18. Unusual 2 room plan with Victoria addition of one bay. Two storeys and
attic. Ground floor red brick. First floor hung with fishscale tiles. Tiled roof
with axial chimneystacks. Two casement windows having hoods with moulded brackets.
The heated parlour is on the first floor and has an alcove and wooden arch over.
In the roof space are 2 bedrooms. (See Domestic Buildings Research Group Report
