Pitched tile roof. Red brick chimneys. 2 storeys. Brick modillion eaves cornice, and stringcourse between ground and 1st floors rendered over. 2 ranges of double- 'hung sash-windows with glazing bars, flanking door masked by modern porch. Blind window above.
