Farmhouse. Early C18 and early C19. Designed by and built for
Sir Thomas Parkyns of Bunny Hall. Red brick. Plain tile roof.
2 ridge and left gable large red brick stacks. Raised eaves
bands. Stepped plinth. 2 storeys plus cellar, 2 bays. Cellar
with 2 segmental arches. Above is a single tripartite casement
and to the right a single quadripartite casement with 2 similar
casements above. To the right is a lower C19 red brick and slate
wing with single external red brick gable stack to the right.
Two and a half storeys, 2 bays. Blocked doorway with to the right
a single tripartite casement. Above is a single similar casement
with single smaller casement to the left. On the top floor is a
single small tripartite fixed light. After a devastating fire in
1705 much of the village of Bradmore was rebuilt by Sir Thomas
Parkyns of Bunny to his own designs.
