Farmhouse now house. C17 with later alterations and additions.
Coursed large stone blocks;. diaper patterned clay tile roof; stone
ridge stacks and brick integral end stack. C17 house to south
aligned NW-SE facing NE with 2-room baffle entry plan, extensions
to NW on same alignment masking the north half of the front of the
house. C17 house set back to left and partly masked by extensions
to right. C17 house: 1 storey and gable lit attic; half glazed
door to right and 4-pane casement high up to left of it. Extensions
in 3 parts all with C20 casements comprising from left to right: 2-
storey single bay building, lower 3.-bay range of 2 storeys to left
and one storey to right and centre with glazed door to right and roof
catsliding over central projecting door, 3-bay former cowhouse with
large garage doors to right. Interior: C17 fireplace in S.E. room
with cambered head, niches, and bake oven to rear; fire-window and
chamfered mullioned window to S.W. wall of S.E. room; Victorian
staircase with turned balusters in N.W. room.
