Farmhouse. Dated 1746 with later alterations. Red brick; plain tile roof with raised verges; brick integral end stacks. Aligned north-west/south-east facing south-west; three rear wings aligned north-east/south-west. Two storeys and gable-lit attic with toothed eaves band. Three bays, C20 pivoted windows with imitation glazing bars in C18 openings with wedge-shaped lintels grooved as voussoirs; C19 canted bay windows to ground floor left and right Central half-glazed door with plaster doorcase. Central datestone inscribed: "JOHN / SMITH / 1746". Rear. Three gabled bays, the central one narrow and recessed. Windows have segmental heads.
