House. Late C15/early C16. Exposed timber frame with plaster infill on brick
plinth. Red plain tiled roof. Moulded eaves bressumers to right and left
jettied gabled crosswings. Two red brick chimney stacks. Floor and chimney
stack inserted in hall early C17. Two storeys with attics to crosswings. Three
light windows to attics. 1:2:1 window range of segmental headed leaded
casements with 6:3:6 lights respectively. C20 gable red tiled porch and boarded
door. Blocked four-centre door head to left of hall. Single storey lean-to
extension to right. RCHM 15.
