Two former houses and shops, now two dwellings. C17 or earlier core with C18
and later alterations. Timber framed and plastered. Red plain tiled roof.
Central red brick chimney stack. Two storeys. First floor, four window range
of small paned vertically sliding sashes. Ground floor left, six panelled door
in moulded surround with double carved brackets to flat canopy approached by
steps. A bay window with small paned casements and a small paned vertically
sliding sash to right, between these windows and approached by steps is a four
panelled door with moulded surround and canopy. Ground floor right, central
small paned double bow windows with a six panelled door between. Small paned
vertically sliding sashes to left and right and a three light shop window to
right. Boarded door to sideway far right. Central post box. RCHM 20.
