C13, late C19, 1965. Medieval interior of nave and chancel, with North aisle and
chapel, with surviving arcades, chancel arch, piscina. North aisle widened to form
new nave (chapel became chancel) in a restoration of 1874, by F E Thicke, which
produced a stone coursed rubble exterior. Red tile roofing; western bell turret.
Several good wall tablets and one Jacobean tomb. On the west end is attached a very
large extension, to form a new church with bell, in a modern style (by Potter and Hare).
