Pair of end of terrace houses with shops. c1830-40 rebuild or refacing. Stock
brick, slate roof. 4 storeys and dormered mansard. Each front 2 windows wide
with 3 window return to Catherine Street. Original wooden shop front with
panelled and glazed door flanked by display windows and returned, with
pilasters carrying entablature-fascia with projecting cornice. Upper floors
have recessed glazing bar sashes in stucco architraves. 3rd floor stucco sill
band and crowning stucco cornice and blocking course.
