C17 timber-framed and plastered house (circa 1640), with later additions
extending to the north and south. (Probably of the C18). Two storeys.
The main central block is jettied on the upper storey. At the lower edge
of the jettied storey there is part of a plaster band with leaf ornamentation.
Two window range in the centre part and one window range in the additions,
small 2 and 3-light leaded casements. Boarded doors. Roofs tiled, half
hipped at the north and south ends, with a central square chimney stack
to the centre block and an end external stack at the north end. (RCHM 4).
