House. This was originally the only habitation in Durford Wood, but is now
surrounded with houses in their own grounds. The cottage is now in course of
rehabilitation. L-shaped building. The original portion is C17 or earlier
timber-framed building with red brick infilling. Tiled roof. Casement windows.
One storey and attic. Two windows. One dormer. C19 L-wing added to the north
west, tile-hung.
