TQ 92 SW REY FOREIGN RYE ROAD

16/5 Broomhall Lodge

II

Mid C19. Tudor Gothic house. Two storeys and attic. Four windows. White
brick. Slate roof. Casement windows. The end window-bays have projections
of unequal depth with shaped gables over containing attic windows. Balustraded
parapet between, pierced with a design of quatrefoils. One dormer behind this
with broken curved pediment. Curved oriel window on first floor of westernmost
window-bay.
