Formerly farm building, now 2 cottages: C18 but perhaps earlier. origins
adapted late C18 for Samuel Greg. Washed brick, thatched roof and 1
brick chimney. Long rectangular plan, One and a half storey, symmetrical, 5-bay
west front. On ground storey cambered brick heads to 3 2-light wooden
casements with stone sills and to 2 board doors. Above are 3 2-light
casements in gabled dormers.

Another converted farm building belonging to Samuel Greg's original
development of Styal village.
