The description should be amended to read:-

House, now 2 cottages. No. 1 is C18. Three storeys. One window. Faced with
cement, west wall tile-hung. Tiled roof. Horizontally-sliding sash windows.
Later addition to west. No. 2 has render and brick to ground floor, but is
timber framed (tile-hung above) with an intact C17 timber frame including down
braces at the corners. Remains of one partition to ground floor, and another
under the closed central truss. Shield stops to the beams. Large fireplace
with wooden bressumer.
