Farmhouse. Now two cottages. Originally Lea Bridge Farmhouse. Later known as
Nos 62 and 63 Dale Park estate in the parish of Madehurst, Arun District. L-shaped C17 or earlier timber-framed building with plaster and some red brick infilling, the ground floor of the south front and the whole of the west front rebuilt in stone rubble with red brick dressings and quoins. Hipped thatched roof. Casement windows. Two storeys. Four windows.
