GV II

Formerly mill manager's house, now house: early-mid C19. Washed and
rendered brick. Hipped Welsh slate roof. Square in plan. 2-storey,
symmetrical 3-bay front. End bays have 2-light wooden casements with
glazing bars with moulded stone flat hoods and stone sills. Central
5-panelled door behind trelliswork porch has a similar window above.
Moulded wooden cornice.
Interior: Closed string stair with plain balusters, soft wood
handrail and turned column newels. 1 good cast-iron basket grate in
C20 stone surround and 2 6-panelled doors.
