Until 1925 called Church House or Farm. Timber-framed house with plaster
infilling or painted brick infilling, dated 1599 but altered in the C17. Steeply-
pitched hipped tiled roof. Casement windows with small square panes. The
south front has been refaced in the late C17 with red brick on a stone base
with stone stringcourse above ground floor, brick ditto above first floor and
small added gabled projection at east end. Two storeys and attic. Three windows.
Two dormers. Over the entrance are the initials "D O M" and the date 1599.
Early C17 panelling inside.
