Ivy Cottage to west. C18. Brick, red pantiles. 2 storeys 2 windows. C20 ground floor bay window additions, 2 first floor sashes, plate glass, of c.1900. Panelled door with moulded architrave, brackets formed by Corinthian capital volutes cut in half. Steeply pitched roof with one axial stack.
Goose Bec attached to east. Red brick with red pantiles. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Ground floor has one and first floor 3 plate glass sashes, additional ground floor bay window. Good doorcase c.1800 has fluted pilasters and frieze panel, part glazed door. Raised brick rusticated quoins at east and west form end pilasters at east and west. 2 end stacks.
Ivy Cottage is included primarily for group value.
