Circa 1830/40. Three storeys stucco faced, pilasters flanking both houses
from first to second floor. Modillion cornice and parapet with caps above
the pilasters. No 58 has one window, No 59 has two. On second floor
tripartite No 58, recessed sash glazing bars intact, moulded sill to
No 58, block sills No 59. First floor modern glazed window No 58. No
59 has a flat fronted bow of three lights, sash, no glazing bars Doric
pilasters, frieze and cornice breaking forward slightly to front, block
sill shallow apron. Modern shops to ground floor.

The Royal Victoria Arcade and Nos 58 to 62 (consec) form a group.
