Circa 1830-40, part of altered terrace. 2 storeys painted brick on plinth,
Low pitch gable end slate roof. 2 bay front with window over entrance and 2 storey segmental bow with moulded flat eaves cornice carried across. Tripartite
sashes to bow, with flat stucco arches, glazing bars intact. Door of 6 moulded
panels, rectangular fanlight. Doorcase of Greek Doric columns, deep entablature
with projecting moulded cornice.
