Estate cottage of Roundway Park estate, early C19 remodelling of
C18 cottage, roughcast on brick with thatched half-hipped roof and
ridge stack. Two storeys, picturesque cottage style with timber
Gothic pelmet cornice, first floor string course, centre door in
hipped thatched porch and casement pairs each side. Ground floor
windows have shutters, upper windows break eaves under eyebrow and
are arched with two leaded pointed lights.
