Three chest tombs in line, C18, ashlar. From south:
a) Unidentified early C18 monument with two raised oval south
plaques, foliate scroll decoration to centre and angle piers,
moulded base and cornice, broken forward over piers, moulded
base and cornice, broken forward over piers. West end
cartouche.
b) Whatley monument, late C18, with moulded base and cornice with
fluted frieze, north side two octagonal framed plaques with
fluted angle strips and paired centre strips. Strips have
centre rosette and incised squares top and bottom. North side
inscriptions to Edward Whatley and Susanna Moore.
c) Unidentified mid to later C18 monument with south side centre
broken forward and large projecting circular plaque with egg-
and-dart border. Fielded panels each side. Rectangular
fielded north plaque with panels each side. Chamfered angles
with floral drop. Moulded base and cornice with pulvinated
frieze.
