Barn and adjoining stable at Hall Farm

Barn and stable. Mid C18. Brick with rubble plinth and stone
quoins and pantile roofs. Double corbelled eaves, coped gables
with kneelers. 2 storeys, 3 and 2 bays. Barn, to left, has
central pair of barn doors with partial corrugated iron infill.
Above, 4 blocked breathers and 2 blocked square pitch holes.
East side has central stable door with segmental head and hood,
and semi-circular rubble loading platform. Above, 8 breathers.
Stable has to west, blocked casement and slatted casement,
flanked by single stable doors with stone lintels. Above, 2
casements with timber lintels. South gable has, above, close
boarded door and blocked doorway. East side has, to right,
hatch, and above, 3 small casements. To right, large C20
casement.
