Built in the 1870's with some of the material from the demolished St Runwald's
Church (centre of the High Street). The ground floor is in stone rubble with
brick dressings. 2 storeys with cross wing on N., the roofs tiled. The main
block upper storey is tile hung on the front, 3 window range of double hung
sashes with glazing bars. The cross wing has an upper storey with imitation
timber framing; the front gable is hipped back.
