Terrace of 5 houses, converted during 1980s to 1 bedroom
flats. c1810-13. Designed and built by James Burton. Yellow
stock brick with some later refacing in multi-coloured stocks.
Stucco ground floor with plain 1st floor sill band. 4 storeys
and basements. 2 windows each. Round-arched doorways with
reeded pilaster-jambs, fanlights and panelled doors. Mostly
segmental brick arches to recessed sash windows, 1st floor
with cast-iron balconies. Parapets. INTERIORS: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached cast-iron railings with urn
finials to areas.
