Farmhouse. Circa early C19; probably a rebuilding of an earlier house. Brick, partly rendered. Slate hipped roof, and gable-ended clay plain tile roof to rear wing. Lateral and axial brick stacks. PLAN: L-shaped on plan. 2-room plan front range with central entrance/stair-hall. Service wing to rear of left-hand room. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Symmetrical3-window east front; C19 2-light casements with cambered arches and small panes, ground floor replaced in C20; central doorway with pilastered doorcase with entablature, rectangular over-light with glazing bars and panelled door. Rear wing has C19 casement windows with glazing bars and pantile roof on north side.
