House. c1840 but incorporating an earlier core. Stucco with
Welsh slate roof. 3-storey 2-window range. 4-panelled door to
left in moulded architrave with console brackets, balanced by
passage entry to right. Single 4-pane sash window to ground
floor, 2 above, and single 2-light casment window to attic.
Sill band to first-floor windows. Rear wall stack. Exposed
timber roof truss in west gable wall, and the C18 brickwork of
the stack also suggests substantial remains of an earlier
structure.
