Probably two houses originally, now detached house. Mid-late C18.
Random rubble limestone, all painted with grey wash; brick
chimneys; stone slate roof. Two-storey. Front: 2 gabled eaves-
mounted dormers, each with 2-light chamfered mullioned leaded
casement. Two-light ground floor casement to right. Two doorways
with plank doors, right with gabled timber porch. Two ridge-
mounted chimneys. South end: enlarged 2-light casement to ground
floor in gable end; original casement above. Blocked single
stair-light at centre of rear wall. Interior not inspected but
appears un-modernised. Important position on island site in centre
of village.
