GV II

House. Mid C18, as part of a larger group of buildings split
up in 1880s. Restored 1987. Stuccoed and colourwashed brick,
scored to imitate ashlar. Slate roof. 2 storeys and dormer
attic; 2-window range. 5-panelled door, not in situ, set to
right under a hood carried on a solid concave bracket. Two 6/6
horned sashes to left of 1987. 2 similar sashes to first
floor. Gabled roof, continuous with No.33 (qv), with one
segmental dormer fitted with a C20 casement.
INTERIOR: staircase is late C20. Rear room with deep fireplace
with concave sides, formerly with a winder staircase to its
right.
