House, now offices. c1840, with late C19 and C20 alterations.
Brick with stone and stucco dressings and hipped slate roof
with 2 ridge stacks. Plinth, first floor band, deep modillion
wooden eaves. Recessed centre flanked by single shallow
projecting bays each with a window on each floor. 2 storeys; 3
window range. L-plan. Windows are 12 pane sashes with brick
flat arches. Central doorcase with Doric columns and cornice,
with 6 panel door and overlight. To left, a C20 2-light
casement and to right a late C19 square wooden bay window with
cornice and 2 plain sashes. Right return has a 12 pane sash on
each floor to right and below, to left, a C20 2-light window.
To right, a slightly set back rear wing. 2 storeys; 3 window
range. INTERIOR not inspected.
