Boundary wall and plaque at public library. 1904. By Hemsoll &
Patterson. Rock-faced stone with ashlar dressings. Round
cornered boundary wall with rounded ashlar coping, formerly
topped with a railing. To each return, an entrance, that to
left with steps. At the apex, a bronze plaque with inscription
to James Crowther, City Councillor for the area 1901-1916.
