House, now offices. c1845, with C20 alterations. Coursed
squared stone with ashlar dressings and artificial slate roof
with 2 rendered gable stacks and single side wall stack.
Plinth, first floor band and moulded wooden eaves gutter. 2
storeys; 3 window range of C20 cross casements, the central
one with a pedimented moulded surround. Pedimented doorcase
with Doric columns and C19 half-glazed door with overlight. On
either side, a cross casement. INTERIOR not inspected.
