Office, once lodge house. Early C19. Brick with hipped Welsh
slate roof. 2 storeys, single-window range with doorway to
right in pedimented case with panelled rebates. Full height
segmental arch to left, with sash window on each floor. Side
wall stack. Return elevation to St Mary's Court comprises a
range of 3 gables. Late C19, with paired sash windows to each
floor in each gable. The building was formerly a lodge to St
Mary's Court, one of a pair with No.9 St Mary's Street (qv).
