Mansion. 1761-2. By Thomas Farnolls Pritchard. Built as the town house of the Earl of Bath. Brick with stone dressings, plain tiled roof. Three storeys,five-window range with lower flanking pavilions. Pediment over central three bays with arms and swags. Simple doorway with straight entablature and brackets, and moulded architraves to sash windows. Lower flanking pavilions have Venetian windows with broken pediments over.
