ULVERSTON

warehouse only)

Warehouse. Probably late C18. Roughcast rubble with slate
roof. 3 storeys, with one bay to each side of a central
loading slot. The windows are casements with plain reveals and
sandstone sills. The left-hand bay contains a doorway on the
ground floor. The loading slot has a slate-hung lucan, and
timber doorways on each floor. Above the ground-floor doors
there is a window protected by an external iron grille.
INTERIOR has timber floors, and 2 bolted king-post trusses.
