studwork; dry slate roof; brick stack on the right.
Single-unit plan. 3 storeys; one-window range. Original
16-pane hornless sashes. Late C20 shop front with pilasters
and moulded entablature with fascia and splayed doorway on the
left. Central gabled dormer with 4-pane 2-light casement and
glazed cheeks. INTERIOR not inspected. Included for group
value relating to buildings in Market Strand and Killigrew
Street.
