Detached house. c1840. Stucco on rubble; asbestos slate roof;
brick end stacks. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical
3-window front. Original 12-pane hornless sashes; central
pilastered doorway with consoles, panelled fascia and deep
hood; original 6-panel door. INTERIOR not inspected but likely
to be of interest.
