House, originally associated with Grovehill House, Grovehill
Crescent (qv), possibly a dower house or manager's house.
Probably late C18. Killas rubble; scantle slate roof with
brick end stacks. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical
3-bay principal rear elevation with central bay broken forward
under moulded pediment with oculus. Central round-arched stair
window with fanlight head; flat brick arches over 2-light
casements. 3-window entrance has sashes with glazing bars.
INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of interest.
