Town house with later shop. Mid C18. Textured stucco or render
on studwork; steep dry slate roof; truncated external stack on
the left. Shallow-depth plan plus rear extension. 3 storeys;
3-window range. Rare original hornless sashes with thick
glazing bars to 2nd floor: tripartite sashes flanking 12-pane
sash; tripartite C20 casements to 1st floor. Ground floor has
C20 2-pane window on the left and C20 shop front with its
doorway (central to front) on its left; glazed and panelled
door. INTERIOR not inspected but may retain some original
features.
